In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, by execution of this entry form discharge the Sedalia LIONS Club, its officers, directors, employees, and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of this event from any and all damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered to his person or property. Entrants likewise herewith agree to permit the use of their names and pictures, and pictures of their vehicle(s) for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, newspapers, magazines, radio, and television) before, during, and after the event, and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos / video taken in connection with the event, and give permission to the Sedalia LIONS Club to publish, sell, or otherwise dispose of said photographs. Entrants further herewith agree to all conditions of the car show committee, and agree too observe decisions of the event management.Invalid Input

The Sedalia LIONS Club has a no refund policy and is not responsible for Acts of God and will present the event on a rain or shine basis, without refund to the registered participant. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.Invalid Input

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I understand there are inherent risks in physical activity of serious physical injury and/ or death. I state I am in good health and medically fit to participate in the rigors of the physical activity. I also hereby waive and release any and all claims for myself, heirs, agents, assigns and personal representatives and executors for damages I may have against the Sedalia Lions Club and the club's members, the K.C.B.S., any contest sponsors, or the MO. State Fair and their agents, successors, and assigns for any injury I suffer during this competition. I also understand weather conditions may change and I am responsible for myself in making decisions to seek shelter from sudden changes in the weather. Also, I understand heat and humidity can cause dangerous risk of illness and injury to persons engaged in physical activity. I understand I am responsible for making decisions to continue with the physical activity during such periods of heat and humidity and hereby waive and release for myself, heirs, agents, assigns and personal representatives and executors the Sedalia Lions Club and the club's members, the K.C.B.S., any contest sponsors, or the MO. State Fair and their agents, successors, and assigns for any injuries I suffer during competition. I the undersigned hereby agree that The Sedalia Lions Club and the club's members, the K.C.B.S., any contest sponsors, or the MO. State Fair and their agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable to the undersigned, his family, agents, guests, invitees, servants, or others for injury to or death of any person or pet, nor for loss or damage to property (including the property of the undersigned) occurring in or about the Premises of the Event from any cause whatsoever, even if the cause or damages or injuries are alleged to be the fault or caused by the negligence or carelessness of The Sedalia Lions Club or the club's members, the K.C.B.S., any contest sponsors, or the MO. State Fair and their agents, successors, and assigns. I understand that eating raw or undercooked food, especially meat, fish, eggs and poultry can lead to suffering food borne illnesses including but to limited to salmonella, e. coli and parasites. Such illnesses can lead to serious injury or even death. I hereby waive and release any claims for myself, heirs, agents, assigns and personal representatives and executors for injuries or damages I may have against the Sedalia Lions Club and the club's members, the K.C.B.S., any contest sponsors, or the MO. State Fair and their agents, successors, and assigns arising out of my consumption of any food during this event. I grant full permission to the Sedalia Lions Club and the club's members, the K.C.B.S., any contest sponsors, or the MO. State Fair and their agents, successors, and assigns or agents authorized by them to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, digital video, recordings and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
